Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete the data associated with your Paint Off account or guest profile at any time. This page is also our Facebook "Data Deletion Instructions" URL.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account (or include your in-game display name / player ID if you played as a guest) with the subject "Delete my data".
If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Paint Off from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Apps and Websites), then email us to complete deletion of any data stored on our side.
What we delete
- Your account record and linked sign-in identities (Google/Apple/Facebook).
- Your profile: display name, avatar, and email.
- Your badges, stats, and leaderboard entries.
- Active sessions (you will be signed out everywhere).
- Drawings attributed to your account, where personally identifiable.
We may retain minimal records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations, and anonymized/aggregated data that no longer identifies you.
Timeframe
We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.
